Return policies
Conditions of return
1. Customers can exchange products within 03 days from the date of reception
2. Customers are allowed to exchange products which are at the same price or higher (customers pay extra cost if redeeming products with higher prices). Transportation-related costs (if any) will be paid by Customer.
3. Customers are allowed to exchange product one time only.
Criteria for exchanging products
1. Products when redeemed must be intact as originally purchased with full invoices, containers, attached gifts (if any).
2. Customers are charged a shipping fee of VND 30,000 for the product exchange
3. We provide goods exchange but not accept product returns and refunds to customers
